Troubleshooting Steps
1. Turn off your PC.
2. Assemble the monitor and place it on your desk.
3. Find the GPU ports on the back of your PC (lower section, not the motherboard).
4. Use DisplayPort if available; otherwise, use HDMI.
5. Plug the cable into the GPU, then into the monitor.
6. Connect the monitor’s power cable and turn the monitor on.
7. Turn on your PC.
8. If needed, switch the monitor’s input to HDMI or DisplayPort.
9. In Windows:
• Right‑click desktop → Display settings → set resolution.
• Go to Advanced display → set refresh rate to the highest number.
10. Update your graphics drivers (NVIDIA or AMD).
