Install Hers on iOS
1. Open the App Store
• Tap the App Store icon on your iPhone.
2. Search for “Hers: Women’s Healthcare”
• Tap the Search tab.
• Type “Hers: Women’s Healthcare” and hit search.
3. Download the app
• Find the app by Hims & Hers.
• Tap the Get button, then Install.
• Use Face ID/Touch ID or your Apple ID password if asked.
4. Open the app
• Tap Open in the App Store, or find Hers on your home screen and tap it.
Install Hers on Android
1. Open Google Play Store
• Tap the Play Store icon on your Android device.
2.Search for “Hers: Women’s Healthcare”
• Use the search bar and type “Hers: Women’s Healthcare”.
3. Download the app
• Select the app by Hims & Hers.
• Tap Install and wait for the download to finish.
4. Open the app
• Tap Open in Play Store, or find Hers in your app drawer/home screen.
Create and set up your Hers account
The flow is almost identical on iOS and Android.
1. Start the app and choose “Get started” or “Sign up”
• When the app opens, tap Get started, Sign up, or similar.
2. Enter your basic details
• Email address (this becomes your login).
• Password (create a strong one).
• You may also be asked for name, date of birth, and location for medical/legal reasons.
3. Verify your email (if prompted)
• Check your inbox for a verification email from Hers.
• Tap the verification link to confirm your account.
• Return to the app and log in if needed.
4. Set up security and preferences
• Enable notifications if you want reminders about appointments, messages, or medications.
• Decide whether to allow Face ID/Touch ID (iOS) or biometric unlock (Android) for quicker sign‑in.
5. Choose what you’re seeking care for
• You’ll usually see categories like weight loss, hair, mental health, sexual health, skincare, menopause, etc.
• Tap the area you want to focus on first.
6. Complete the medical questionnaire
• Answer questions about your health history, symptoms, medications, allergies, and goals.
• Be honest and detailed—this is what the clinician uses to decide if treatment is appropriate.
7. Review disclosures and consents
• Read through the terms of service, privacy policy, and telehealth consent.
• Tap Agree/Accept to continue.
8. Set up payment
• Add a debit/credit card or other accepted payment method.
• Review pricing for visits, programs, or prescriptions before confirming.
9. Submit for provider review
• Once your questionnaire and payment details are done, submit your info.
• A licensed provider will review and may:
• Approve a treatment plan,
• Ask follow‑up questions via in‑app messages, or
• Decide treatment isn’t appropriate and explain next steps.
10. Finalize your plan and shipping
• If treatment is approved, confirm:
• Medication/product selection (if there are options),
• Shipping address,
• Any programs or coaching you want to enroll in.
11. Explore the app dashboard
• Check Messages for provider communication.
• Review your care plan, program content, and orders.
• Turn on or adjust reminders for meds and check‑ins.
