Signing Up for the HIMS App on iOS and Android

1. Open your app store

• On iPhone/iPad, tap the App Store (blue icon with an “A”).

• On Android, tap the Google Play Store (multicolored triangle icon).

2. Search for the HIMS app

Tap the search bar at the top and type “HIMS health app”. Look for the official app with the correct name and logo.

3. Download the app

• On iPhone, tap Get.

• On Android, tap Install.

The app will begin downloading automatically.

4. Open the app

Once installed, tap Open in the store, or find the HIMS icon on your home screen and tap it.

5. Select “Sign Up” or “Create Account”

The first screen will show options to sign in or create a new account. Tap the button for new users.

6. Enter your personal information

You’ll be asked for details such as:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Email address

• Phone number

Take your time and double‑check each entry.

7. Create a username and password

Choose a username you’ll remember and a password you can write down and keep somewhere safe.

Most apps require at least 8 characters for passwords.

8. Verify your account

You may receive a code by text message or email.

Open the message, find the code, and type it into the app to confirm your identity.

9. Connect to your doctor or clinic

The app may ask you to select your healthcare provider from a list so your medical information can be linked correctly.

10. Review and accept the terms

Read through the privacy policy and terms of use. When ready, tap Agree or Accept.

11. Sign in and start using the app

Use your new username and password to log in. You’ll now be able to view appointments, medications, and other health information.
